Here is a conceptual list I've been toying around with lately. Basically you've got a squad of assault terminators with some dreadnaughts thrown in for support:

Recluisarch
Elites
Chaplain
Corbulo
Sanguinary Priest/jump pack, power sword
5x assault terminator/2x pair of lightning claws, 3x thunderhammer & stormshield
Troops
10x Death Company/10x bolters & 2x power fist
Death Company dreadnaught/pair of Blood Talons & heavy flamer
Death Company dreadnaught/Heavy flamer
10x assault Marine/flamer, meltagun, power fist & infernus pistol
Heavy Support
Stormraven/extra armor, twin linked lascannon & twin linked multi-melta
Stormraven/extra armor, twin linked lascannon & twin linked multi-melta
Dreadnaught/extra armor, multi-melta - drop pod
Recluisarch and Corbulo ride with the terminators in the first Stormraven along with one DC dreadnaught(Blood Talons). Chaplain and Death Company run in the second Stormraven along with the other DC dreadnaught(DCCWs). Jump pack Priest runs with the assault squad.
Death Company unlock the DC dreads.
Aggressive style in your face army with high mobility due to the two Stormraven.
